CONEC Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH was established in Hrste in the eastern part of Westphalia in 1978. At the current headquarters in Lippstadt CONEC does not only maintain a large research and development department but also its own tool making department and a synthetics injection moulding plant. On a total production surface of 15,000 square metres and with about 500 staff members, CONEC manufactures more than 50,000 variants of different connectors such as:
